Fire & Ice

You will have access to the wood-fired sauna, and a super chilly ice-bath. Lindsay will be on hand to coach and provided techniques as you prepare and submerge into the ice bath. You will move from heat to ice, ideally repeating the cycle 3-5 times, taking time in between to relax and connect with others.

There are numerous reported benefits of combining the heat from a sauna with the contrast of a chilly ice bath including;

* Reduced inflammation 

* Improved circulation 

* Relaxation

* Reduce muscle soreness 

* Release of dopamine (the feel good hormone)

Please note this class is not suitable for those who are pregnant, epileptic, have low blood pressure, or current or previous cardiovascular issues. A medical questionnaire will be provided at the time of booking.
