You will have access to the wood-fired sauna, and a super chilly ice-bath. Lindsay will be on hand to coach and provided techniques as you prepare and submerge into the ice bath. You will move from heat to ice, ideally repeating the cycle 3-5 times, taking time in between to relax and connect with others.
